Vanessa is interested in landscape and travel photography, focusing mainly on English and Spanish townscapes and nature. Her past commercial work includes portraiture, fine art, events photography, architecture photography and interior design work.
After an interesting childhood being brought up in Spain, she moved to the UK to study photography where she found her true love for developing her own negatives and prints in the darkroom. She achieved a National Diploma in Photography in Brighton and later went on to study a BA (Hons) Photography course at Portsmouth. During this time she gained experience in the use of a wide range of photographic practices; this included 35mm, medium and large format applications, studio and location work, she started off by using analogue and later specialised in digital photography.
